Vitor is a lawyer with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Capital Markets, having worked on a wide range of transactions in various sectors of the economy. Vitor is a guest lecturer on postgraduate courses at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA-USP), Trevisan Escola de Negócios and FK Partners. He writes several specialized articles and gives lectures and classes on Corporate Law and Capital Markets. Member of the Brazilian Committee of Business Valuators (CBAN), of the National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives (ANEFAC); Member of the Civil Guards and Defenses Management Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB/SP); Member of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP). He holds a Professional Certificate in the Commercialization and Distribution of Investment Products from the National Association of Investment Banks (ANBID).

– Clave Capital (asset management company) in the sale to BTG Pactual, one of the largest investment banks in Latin America.

– Experity, a leading company in consumer experience and cloud-based commerce solutions in Brazil, in its sale to Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a global professional services company and leader in digital, cloud and security solutions.

– INLAB, one of the main clinical analysis laboratories in Maranhão, in its sale to Grupo Fleury (FLRY3), one of the leading diagnostic medicine companies in Brazil.

– Laboratório Paulo Azevedo, a leader in diagnostic medicine in the Northeast, in its sale to Grupo Pardini.

– PolyOne (currently known as Avient), an American company specializing in the manufacture of polymers, in the US$ 1.56 billion acquisition of Clariant (a global player in specialty chemicals).

– Yoshida&Hirata Agronegócios, a traditional player specializing in agricultural inputs and solutions based in the state of São Paulo, in its sale to Adubos Real, a subsidiary of the Japanese group Marubeni.

– WatchTv (currently known as Watch Brasil), a platform offering digital entertainment solutions, in a transaction involving the investment and acquisition by the Multilaser Group (MLAS3), a major player in the electronics and IT segment.

– Diban, a company specializing in agricultural inputs, solutions and distribution, in its sale to the Japanese group Marubeni.

– Barentz, one of the main global distributors of life science ingredients, in the acquisition of Grasse Aromas & Ingredientes, a Brazilian company with a strong presence in the flavors and ingredients sector.

– AMERRA Capital, in a transaction involving the sale of a stake in Aguapeí Agroenergia to Álcool Moriah, a company specializing in the manufacture of pharmochemical products.

– Vitalforce, one of the most important players in the biological fertilizer industry, in the sale of the company to Grupo Lwart (a world reference company and Brazilian leader in the collection and re-refining of used lubricating oil and post-consumer waste management).

– Agro Amazônia (distribution company of the Sumitomo Corporation Group) in the acquisition of Nativa Agronegócios, a company with an outstanding presence in the agricultural inputs and fertilizers distribution business, with a focus on the state of Minas Gerais.

– Vitagema, the leading egg producer in the Northeast region of Brazil, in the sale to Granja Faria (EGGY3), a publicly traded company and the world’s largest egg producer.

– VIVEO (VVEO3), a publicly traded company in the healthcare sector, in the acquisition of Azimute Med, a pioneer in the creation of Patient Support Programs (PSP).

– Sumitomo Corporation’s investment in CYNS, a leading biotechnology company specializing in sustainable insect-based animal nutrition in South America.

– Grupo Terra Soluções Agrícolas, one of the largest distributors of agricultural inputs in northeastern Brazil, in the sale to Ihara, a Japanese multinational focused on the development of crop protection products.

– ABG Group, an important player in the industrial and services segment in the Brazilian automotive sector, has acquired a controlling stake in ABC Technologies do Brasil, a manufacturer of automotive components, injected and blown polymer parts, fibers and rubbers.

– Peers Consulting & Technology, a business and technology consulting firm, has acquired control of Actar, a major player in the cybersecurity market.

– Solar Gold from Brazil, a player in components, products and solutions based on solar energy technology, sold four photovoltaic plants to the RZK Group, which operates in the development of clean energy alternatives, livestock and agriculture, technology and communications and urban planning and mobility, among others.

– Grupo Webby, a regional internet provider, in the sale of its stake to Alares, a company controlled by Grain Management.

– Hardwork Medicina, leader in the educational market for preparatory medical courses, for YDUQS (YDYQ3), a publicly traded company and the largest higher education group in Brazil.

– ITST, a company specializing in comprehensive SAP technology solutions and services, in the sale to Software ONE (XSWX: SWON), a global public company providing software and cloud technology solutions.

– Yoshida&Hirata Agronegócios, a traditional player specializing in agricultural inputs and solutions based in the state of São Paulo, in its sale to Adubos Real, a subsidiary of the Japanese group Marubeni.

– O Mecânico, the leading provider of educational content and services in the tools and parts sector, on the sale of the company to Loja do Mecânico, the billionaire retailer invested in by eB Capital.

– SC Tec, Campo Total and Agro Seiva, companies focused on the distribution of agricultural inputs, in the sale to Ihara, a Japanese multinational focused on the development of pesticides.

– Uronefro Clinic, the leading dialysis company in the Northern Region of Brazil, on its sale to DaVita, one of the largest companies in the world for dialysis services.

– Data Lawyer, one of the most important players in the legal data analysis and jurimetrics sector, has sold its stake to Ativa, a company belonging to the Prisma Capital group.

– ANIG – Núcleo Integrado de Geriatria, a group of geriatric and healthcare clinics in the state of Rio de Janeiro, in the sale to Grupo Premier Hospitais.

– Centro de Tratamento de Doenças do Rim (Kidney Disease Treatment Center), a leading dialysis company in the northern region of Brazil, in the sale to DaVita, one of the largest dialysis service providers in the world.

– BeQuest Group to acquire a stake in Pleno Finance, a company in the portfolio management, wealth management, financial planning and asset allocation segments.

– Barentz International, a global life sciences group, has acquired Volp Indústria e Comércio, a Brazilian company with a leading presence in the personal care products distribution sector.

– Transaction involving the acquisition and financing, for US$ 1.485 billion, by Avient Corporation, a leading provider of specialized and sustainable materials solutions, of Koninklijke DSM, a protective materials company, leader in the specialized engineering materials sector, created on the basis of the invention of Dyneema®️, the world’s strongest fiber.
