Experience

Ricardo possesses extensive expertise in the infrastructure sector and is actively involved in every stage of the infrastructure investment cycle. His work encompasses investment modeling, negotiating and managing construction contracts, and resolving disputes through Dispute Boards and arbitration. He also represents clients across various industries — both nationally and internationally — in large-scale transactions involving infrastructure projects such as ports, power plants, highways, subways, and refineries, in addition to serving as arbitrator in infrastructure disputes.

Ricardo holds a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degree in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He has received recognition in several prestigious legal rankings, including the esteemed Chambers & Partners and Who’s Who Legal. Furthermore, he was a leading contributor to Municipal Law No. 16,873/2018, which governs the use of Dispute Boards in the city of São Paulo, as well as to Bill No. 2,421/2021, which is currently under consideration by the House of Representatives.
